UPiLOT provides airlines, ATOs, and recruitment partners with both Dry Hire (facility only) and Wet Hire (managed assessment) options to run pilot assessment interviews in Dublin.

‣ You bring your own examiners and assessors

Wet Hire (Managed Assessment)

‣ For airlines or partners who prefer a turnkey service.
‣ Reception/Waiting Room and Briefing/Interview Room.
‣ All of the above facilities plus UPiLOT instructors/examiners
‣ Scenario design, standardisation, and technical checking
‣ Assessment reporting and optional HR/competency interview
‣ Suitable for smaller airlines or when independent assessors are required.
