Our terms & conditions are governed by and construed fully in accordance with the laws of Ireland. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ireland. If any provision(s) of the terms & conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.

Refund Policy: We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website.You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. To cancel your order and request a refund; send an email to info@upilot.ie.

We promote a range of Flight Simulator Sessions for sale via our Online Shop, these promotions constitute invitations to treat and they are not an offer from us to you. Any order that you submit represents an offer by you to contract with us. We reserve the right to accept or reject any such offer from you.
We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail containing your Electronic Boarding Pass. The Contract between us will only be formed after you receive this Email Confirmation.

Your Electronic Boarding Card is an open-dated ticket for a Flight Simulator Session provided by UPiLOT Teo. The Electronic Boarding Card is not a gift voucher and shall not be used as a substitute for money in the purchase of goods or services, or otherwise exchanged for goods or services. The Electronic Boarding Card shall be used exclusively to reserve a date for a Flight Experience at UPiLOT Teo.

All our Flight Experiences are sold open dated and are valid for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.

Reserving your Flight Experience; Booking are subject to availability. Advanced Booking is essential and by prior appointment only. Bookings can be made by using the Reservation page on our website

Your Flight Experience will be considered null and void in the event that you fail to attend at the agreed time and date of the reservation, unless you provide a minimum of 24 hours prior notification.

UPiLOT Teo. reserves the right to change our terms & conditions of use or policies regarding the use of our website (including those relating to price or availability) at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the terms of use on this Website.

UPiLOT Teo. reserves the right to relocate the flight simulator without prior notice to any location(s) within the Republic of Ireland.

As a condition of your purchase of a Flight Simulator Experience and your agreement to use the Flight Simulator Experience you consent to us collecting the following personal information - Your name, email address and phone number so that we may process your order, manage your account, and email you with special offers on our products and services we think you might like.

As a condition of your purchase of a Flight Simulator Experience and your agreement to use the Flight Simulator Experience you agree to release and indemnify UPiLOT Teoranta and all of its employees, agents and contractors from and against all actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses of whatever nature which any of them may suffer, incur or become liable to as a result of your use of the Flight Simulator Experience.
(It is your sole responsibility to determine whether you are physically capable of using the Flight Experience)
